Build the week in one sitting. Publish it everywhere at once.
LazShift knows who's available, who's near overtime, and who asked for Friday off — and it puts the seven-day forecast on the grid while you build.

Running by the end of the week you start
Shift types, roles, locations and pay periods are per-company data rather than assumptions baked into the schema. Nothing about your business is assumed — you describe it once.
Say how your site runs
Setup asks the questions that decide everything else: the shifts you run, the roles you staff, when your pay period starts, how much rest you require between shifts. Pick the template closest to your kind of business and adjust.
Bring the team in
Import a roster from a spreadsheet or invite people by email. Each employee sets their own availability and standing time off, so the schedule is built against what they can actually work.
Build the week and publish
Auto-populate fills what it can and tells you what it could not. Fix the gaps, publish, and every phone gets it at once — with the changes after that going out the same way.
Four screens do most of the work
The schedule you build, the queue of things waiting on you, what your staff see, and the numbers you hand to payroll.
What changes for the business
Scheduling software earns its keep in the hours it gives a manager back and the mistakes it stops before they cost anything.
A week built in one sitting
Auto-populate reads availability, hours and role coverage and fills the grid; copy-a-week and recurring shifts handle the parts that never change. What used to be a morning of texts is a pass through one screen.
Nobody scheduled who cannot work it
Availability, approved time off and existing shifts are all in the same check. A person who told you in June that they can't do Tuesdays can't be given a Tuesday in September by accident.
The labor bill, before the week runs
Scheduled hours and cost per person, per role, per site, for the pay period you are looking at — so an expensive week is something you fix on Monday, not something payroll finds later.
Your own rules, enforced
Minimum rest between shifts, weekly and daily overtime thresholds, maximum consecutive days. Set them once per site and the schedule warns you at the moment you would break one.
Every site under one account
Locations keep their own staff, shift types, roles and pay periods, so two sites that run nothing alike still share one company, one bill and one owner view.
"I never saw the schedule" ends
Publishing notifies everyone, changes notify the people affected, and shifts land in the calendar app they already use. The schedule stops living on a wall nobody visits.
One price, the whole product
No tiers to compare, no feature held back for an enterprise plan you have to ask about.

Questions worth asking first
How long does it take to get running?
An afternoon. A short setup asks how your site actually operates — the shifts you run, the roles you staff, when your pay period starts — and starts you from a template for your kind of business. Employees can be imported from a spreadsheet, and each one gets an invitation email with their own sign-in.
Do my employees have to pay?
No. Nobody on your staff is ever charged for anything. You pay $1 a month for each active employee on your roster, and that covers their account, their notifications and their calendar sync.
We have more than one location. Does that work?
That's the shape of the product. A company holds locations, and each location keeps its own staff, shift types, roles, pay period and settings — so two sites that run nothing alike still live under one account and one bill. Owners switch between sites from the header; a manager sees the site they work at.
Can employees sort out their own shift changes?
Yes, and you decide how much rope. Someone who can't work a shift can post it to the pool or ask a specific coworker to trade. You can require a manager to approve the result, or let agreed trades go through on their own. Either way the schedule updates itself and both people are notified.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You subscribe from the billing page and carry on. If you don't, the account locks rather than deletes — your schedules, staff and history stay exactly where they are, and subscribing later picks up where you left off.
Is there an app to install?
There's nothing to download from a store. LazShift runs in the browser and installs to a phone's home screen from there, where it behaves like any other app — including push notifications when a shift moves. Shifts also sync into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook if that's where someone looks.
Can we get our data out?
Any time, including after a trial ends. Settings → Billing downloads everything in one go — your people, schedules, availability and time off, as spreadsheet files. Hours and labor cost also export to CSV for payroll, and any schedule prints or saves as a PDF.

Employees and managers sign in here. Add it to your phone's home screen from your browser's share menu and it opens like an app, notifications and all.
Built for the weather, useful to any shift team
LazShift is aimed at operations the season and the forecast push around, because that is the problem the generalists skip. None of it is built only for them: setup opens with a template for your kind of business, and nothing in the app behaves differently depending on which one you pick.
